Rome wasn't built in a day

I'm told that anything worth having is worth working hard for and may not come easy. Since I've been busy eating the standard american diet (S.A.D) for the last thirty years, I shouldn't expect to achieve total raw food stardom overnight. I fell off the wagon sometime last week which isn't a big deal in itself but what is a big deal is that I was aware of it but chose to linger for a while and watch the wagon continue without me.

Totally Psyched!

This week has been different! I've remained about 90% raw this week but my appetite has been up and down so I was really worried about this morning's weigh in at the Raw Food Rehab but it was great! I'm down 2.4 lbs this week!

The First Day of the Rest of My Life

I know, I know so overly dramatic, right?

On June 1st I had the bright idea that I'll begin eating raw foods exclusively for at least 30 days. I've been experimenting quite a bit with raw foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds), green juices and smoothies since the beginning of the year so in theory it was a great idea. What I forgot to take under consideration is the tremendous amount of stress that I've been under lately.
